Certain services may require payment. All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms. Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Subscriptions

Some services may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. 8. User Content

You may have the ability to submit, post, or share content through our platforms. You retain ownership of your content but grant Inspiry LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving our services. You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspiry LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inspiry LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
