Inspiry LLC (“Inspiry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants you to be satisfied with your purchases. This policy outlines our refund, cancellation, and dispute procedures for digital products and subscription services.
2. Digital Products & Subscriptions
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with a digital product or subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at inspiry.labs@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles after cancellation. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be notified before renewal, and you may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is made more than 14 days after the original purchase
- The product or service has been substantially used or consumed
- The purchase was made in violation of our Terms of Service

We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. We will investigate all disputes and respond within 5 business days.
